Terms of Service — Grey Rock

Grey Rock provides message summarization, neutral rewriting, and an optional Relay phone number for high-conflict co-parenting communication. It is a writing aid, not therapy, legal advice, or a crisis service. If you are in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services — do not use Grey Rock.

2. SMS / Relay program terms

The optional Relay feature transmits SMS through Twilio under A2P 10DLC campaign registration. By enabling the Relay feature you agree to the following program terms:

Program name: "Grey Rock relay".
Message frequency: varies. User-initiated; typically 1–5 messages per week to each designated contact, with no fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Sending and receiving SMS through the Relay feature uses your mobile carrier's messaging plan; standard rates apply.
Opt-out: the recipient can reply STOP at any time to opt out, STOPALL to cancel all future messages, or HELP for program information. The app honors opt-outs immediately.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Paid plans renew monthly via Apple In-App Purchase and may be cancelled at any time in iOS Settings. The 7-day free trial does not include Relay number provisioning. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

5. Records

You are responsible for how you use exported records. Grey Rock makes no warranty about evidentiary acceptance in any jurisdiction. Records are stored locally on your device and are not backed up to our servers.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant carrier delivery, since wireless carriers may filter messages at their discretion. We are not liable for any delay, non-delivery, or content filtering by your carrier or by any intermediary.

7. Changes

We will post material changes here with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
