Grey Rock

A private messaging aid for high-conflict co-parenting. iOS only.

Grey Rock is a personal iOS app for high-conflict co-parenting communication. It silences and summarizes hostile inbound texts, rewrites outbound drafts into calm logistics, and offers an optional private relay phone number so that messages never reach your normal Messages app.

What you get

Manual inbound control: designate which contacts get "held" so their texts are summarized, not delivered.
On-device rewrite: any draft you write is rewritten in the app before it leaves the device, using a strict Grey Rock tone. No sending without an explicit "Send" tap.
Optional Relay number (separate paid plan): a personal phone number that forwards only your designated co-parent's texts into the app, so they never appear in your default Messages app.
Encrypted local record of everything you sent — exportable as a PDF for your records.

Privacy, in one paragraph

No accounts. No analytics SDKs. No advertising. Contact names and phone numbers never leave your device. Message content you choose to rewrite is transmitted to our rewrite service in memory only, never logged, never stored, never used for training. The Relay number is end-to-end encrypted: only your device holds the decryption key. Push notifications contain no message content.
